One of the hardest things in life is to let go. Deep down I know it's all an illusion I have created because I want things to work out. If only....I should have....is all been playing in my mind. I know that things are not suppose to be so complicated when they are meant to be. Letting go of a dream is hard and heart breaking, but I know that once I surrender the situation there will be a peace in accepting the truth and I pray to God to help me to let go.

- Why this blog? Each day is a new beginning, a chance to start all over again. Hopefully a little wiser and ready to face the challenges a new day brings. I have been extreme blessed in my life in some areas more than others. I have a loving family, the last time I was in the hospital was when I was born (over 4 decades ago), so I am grateful for my health. I live a peaceful life. I have not been married, nor do I have any children. On the external aspect my life is enviable. Internally my life has not been so fortunate, I have struggle to find my place in this world. I have come to realize that all I need is already in me. Happiness begins from within, I wish I would have found that out a lot sooner. I call my blog the Journey because that is what I am on, the journey to rediscover the soul that I was intended to be. I have no grandious ideas of what I am suppose accomplish and I am just here to BE and learn the lessons of life. I hope as I cronicle my journey, you will be there with me.
